What is Higher Self Yoga?

A sacred experience that begins with a cannabis ritual to heighten the physical and spiritual dimensions of practice.

Each session is based on teachings from yoga philosophy and includes core elements of community, ceremony, meditation and mindful breathing

What It Is Not

We don’t just get high and do yoga. It’s not a party scene where cannabis is used just for fun. We have nothing against this, but the Higher Self Yoga experience goes a little deeper and invites you to explore your consciousness and your humanity.

The Schedule

"Higher Self Yoga connects spirit medicine to breathe and movement in a beautiful experiential rhapsody."

— April, Los Angeles, CA

“I love incorporating Higher Self Yoga into my practice! It enhances my mind body connection in a fun, playful and thoughtful way. I'm looking forward to seeing this community grow!”

— Drea, Los Angeles, CA
